Returns & Refund Policy – Genvora
At Genvora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Earrings or personal-use jewelry items (unless defective)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at "genvorastore@gmail.com". We will provide the correct address based on your order. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, contact us at genvorastore@gmail.com.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
